His guiding experience includes Haida Gwaii, Winter Harbour, Nootka Sound, Comox, Courtenay and Vancouver Island. That background is not used as a sales slogan. It shapes how he reads conditions, organizes the boat, teaches beginners and responds when the fishing changes.

The Seaswirl Striper provides fishing space, shelter, a walkaround deck and a portable toilet in the closable cuddy for privacy.

“I'll start with Randy, our guide. He was a phenomenal guide and very professional. You can feel his excitement for fishing each morning we met with him on the dock. We were very lucky to have someone so passionate about fishing as our guide. He was also very mindful of a toddler's presence and made his boat as childproof as best he could. But Randy wasn't all about fishing; he also entertained us by telling us about the wildlife and by feeding Reggie, the bald eagle. So, if you get Randy as your guide—be ready for a great time! I almost forgot about the whale sighting. Randy was kind enough to take a bit of time from fishing to get me as close to the whales.”
